The Research association Baustatik-Baupraxis e.V.

The research association "Baustatik-Baupraxis" was founded on 4. October 1988 with the aim of promoting the interchange of experience and ideas between construction practice and academic institutions. The association sees itself as a platform for communication between representatives of science, technology, business and authorities that are active in the field of statics and related subject areas.

It provides a collaboration with national and international corporations as well as organisations in the field of statics and related subject areas. Especially to support the next generation of researchers, the association organises the Baustatik-Baupraxis symposium as well as scientific colloquia.
